Creative Development

Identify spirit of collection or brand, includes visual presentation (tear sheets, color palettes, materials, accessories, bedding)
Collaborate with architects and engineers (New Ground Up Projects)

Merchandising and Design

Merchandise existing product base on ROS, drop lists, promotions, or categories ROS evaluations
Execute all plans: Construction, Electrical (outlet, telephone/data, lighting), casegoods and upholstery, architectural details, wall and flooring finish plans

Specifications and Shopping

Specify all interior floor, wall finishes including decorative (faux, murals), and window treatments
Specify any signage, graphics, POP graphics, DuraTrans, accessories, lighting, bedding, rugs, and art using client’s established vendor list

Project Management and Installation

Review and manage project budget, submit info for P.O. Departments
Provide on-site supervision to contractors, sub-contractors
Coordinate outside vendors including be stylists, florists, janitorial services, and other deliveries
Direct set-up crew in furniture placement, propping, art installation
